Sending moneys

Hellos sent money to one of my children who has account, used credit card,no problems. Other child just opened new account, has credit card on file also I’m told. Sent moneys transferred from bank account to other child’s new account. Was told was unable to transfer full amount sent...why is this ?

you cannot share the same credit card.
