Yo guys, paypal doesn't let me send money they say there was an error. try again later, but why?

difficult to advise as you haven't said type of transaction / countries involved / funding source you are trying to use etc etc.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
