Sending money

Wtf...i send money via debit card several times. All of the sudden now when i try to send, instead of choosing which card i want to send with it tells me to link another card? Why is paypal always **bleep** up is it really that hard to maintain?

In general, our system reviews every transaction before it's completed and not every funding source may be available at the time of checkout as sometimes, for security measures, some payment methods are made unavailable at the time of the payment confirmation. We cannot bypass our security system but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, please add an additional payment method to complete the payment.
