Sending money

I have 2 accounts, I have received a payment, sent a payment, and transferred money. Then for some reason upon doing so again. I have not been able to. I've contacted customer service and so far they have not been able to resolve the issue. Everything has been verified and confirmed. CS said they see no issues. How do I proceed from here?

Might be a cookie issue. Try using a Private window where cookies are not used.
