I am in France currently and I transfer money from French Paypal account to my Malaysian Paypal account. The thing is that Paypal recognize my Malaysian Paypal account as a seller while I am not selling anything. I just want to transfer money to my Malaysian account. Because of that, Paypal hold my money. How can I contact paypal to inform this situation?
You are only allowed a maximum of x2 paypal accounts.
So if your French one is personal then your Malaysian one must be business?
However if you are sending funds from one to the other then the friends / family option may not be available on the Malaysian one so all you can do is send 'goods / services' and so yes paypal would see you as a seller.
