How can l send money to family without fee?

Send to a PayPal account that is opened also in your country with funds from your PayPal balance. If you pay with card or send to a PayPal account opened in a different country, there will be fees for either you or the recipient.

When you send the payment, be sure to mark it "Sending to a friend".

Hi! I couldn't find the option 'Sending to a friend' when I try to transfer. It's automatically shown "Paying for an item or service." How to solve this?
