Sending money to South Africa

 The South African Rand in not listed in the currencies that dollars can be converted to.

Can I send dollars to South Africa? Will they receive ZAR?

-What fees do they pay when they receive the funds?

-Do I just need their email address, and they have it associated with their bank acct?
