now when i try to send USD which is my primary currency on PayPal to my added debit card or my bank account, PayPal by default tries to convert the USD amount I'm trying to send to EUR or GBP,(my local currency is EUR) is it possible to transfer USD without any currency conversions ??? I have heard some people called PayPal support and asked their debit card's currency to be changed to USD and that way they avoided currency conversions. Thanks.
PayPal ALWAYS converts to local currency, when withdrawing, so if your card is different currency, call them to change to USD currency or if bank is local and/or virtual with different currency, you need to link a 100% US bank account to withdraw in USD.
