Sending Money

I am trying to transfer money from my business account, which is based in Italy to my personal account based in Namibia. Every time I go to 'send money' it says I must log in on the country's PayPal page. I then follow these instructions and never find a way to make this transaction possible. I hope someone can help. Regards

The option to 'receive' paypal payments in Namibia is not available.
They can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
