Sending Money

 I'm trying to send money to my mum in the UK from Dubai.

The only option for sending money I have is to pay for an item. The 'Send to Family and Friends' option is completely invisible, as if it doesnt exist!

Does anyone know if in Dubai they have some kind of block on the system to transfer money?

Not all countries have that option and it sounds as if Dubai is one of them.

Have you considered western union or moneygram?

I used both successfully when my son was travelling and ran out of funds on an oh too regular basis
