Im in the USA, sending cash to the UK to purchase some miniatures. The store in question is a bit on the pre internet side, so being done between me and a fellow wargamer. My question is if I want to send 14 GBP for the total cost, do i need to factor in the fee for the conversion as well? So for example 14 + 2 Fee for a total of 16 GBP, or is it taken from my funds outside of the cost for the minis.
