My account has been verified but I still can't send money to particular friend/family. I just get to the screen that says, "add another card" and then nothing happens. I received and email that said my account is not limited since it's verified beyond the normal limits of course but I'm not sending more than $10K to this particular friend. I also don't have any notification or alerts saying any information is needed.
