I have a problem sending money to a friend in the USA. I really don´t know what is wrong. I click Payments, I write the receipant´s paypal email address and follow the steps but paypal informs me : " GIVE THE CORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE RECEIPANT " What IS THIS? - I have tried to complete the payment tens of times - NO SUCCESS. HOW TO DO IT ?
