Send money

I I am trying to send money to a friend and have already linked my card and bank account to paypal. But when i get to the part of selecting the payment method to send the money it's asking to link a card again. How do i get past this?

Have you confirmed both bank account and card with the 4 digit codes sent to their respective bank / card accounts?
