this is my first time to use PayPal, so I have some questions here.
I would like to sell something from Hungary and I have a buyer is Bulgary. She sent the money+the delivery costs to me in PayPal, but I cannot get it until I pay the delivery costs first to the transport agent. If I sent his cost in MoneyGram and send the confirmation of it I will get the whole money in Paypal so the prize of the goods and the delivery costs.
My question is it normal, or not? What if meantime- when I paid the delivery costs- she will pull back the money?
Delivery costs are quite huge...And of course I have never used MoneyGram before.
