The seller don’t have the item I ordered and won’t give all my money back ! This is the receipt number 0344-6337-5885-8883 I couldn’t find the transaction on my PayPal account what should I do

Hi,

If it doesn't appear in your Paypal account, could be that you checked out with guest account. You can file a claim with Paypal (https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/i-didn't-receive-my-item-or-it's-different-than-describe...) or open a dispute with your card or bank.
