Seller issue

I sold something recently and went to add tracking to the transaction so that the pending payment would be released, I accedentaly hit save after putting the tracking number in and the shipping company selected was ups but ups wassnt the company shipping the item so there won't be any confirmation that the package was delivered and the payment with be on hold until the package is delivered. The package has already been delivered. What I need to know is how can I edit the tracking info? I need to get in there and change ups to USPS but don't see a way of changing it on the PayPal website, please help thanks

Here's how to edit shipment tracking information and order status:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Activity near the top of the page.
  3. Click on the transaction you want to edit.
  4. Click Edit tracking information.
  5. Enter your updated shipping information.
    • If you sold an intangible item or a service, select Order Processed/Service Rendered in the box labeled "Order Status".
  6. Edit your information and click Save.

if this is Ebay sales,you can add a second tracking number,dunno if it is non Ebay you would need to call Paypal
