Seller Help: Digital Goods Payment on Hold

Hey there,
I wanted to see if anyone can help me with this. My dilemma is that I've been paid a sum of money for a graphic design logo. The client & I are in great standing, but he didn't receive any email for confirmation. I read that if there are no disputes filed, then the payment will be released after 21 days. The problem is that not only can I not wait that long, I do not have the capacity to wait that long in the future either. Of course, there is no shipping information (as it is a digital good), so what can I do to expedite it?
I've read all of the "Help: FAQs", but nothing is satisfactory and I can't reach support. My main question then, is what can I do to receive my funds more quickly if it was a digital goods purchase, and my client has not received any email to confirm the digital delivery?

Hi @MoxGraphics,
I'm sorry to hear that the client has not received an email. The client can visit their PayPal account, click on the transaction in their transaction summary, and confirm receipt of the item there.
