Scammer?

<removed> I recieved a call from this number saying I had a negative balance and he wants me to resolve the issue but ive looked up the number and loads of people have said its a scam, my balance is negative but I have never sent money on paypal just through the bank and the bank has taken it and likewise with recieving it goes into my bank never paypal, just woundering what I should do cause it seems dodgey that a lot of ppl have gotten a call from this number
