The buyer received my goods 3 days ago I have still not received any payment even gave PayPal track and trace details , have I been scammed???

Are the funds SHOWING in your paypal balance but on hold? And have you added tracking to the transaction in your paypal activity?

If the funds are NOT showing then you have not been paid and may have been receiving spoof fake paypal emails?
