Route number problem

Hi, I've had this PP account for a while and I've been trying to set it up and link my bank account, but when I do it it says that the information is incorrect. Does it really need to be from USA?

In a lot of countries you can't add a local bank account only a card.

However you can add a U.S bank account to most other countries paypal accounts as paypal is a U.S company.

If you need to add a withdrawal source then click on this link and select your country for options.
