hello,
today i finally received my funds with paypal put on hold before and after i decided to withdraw it to my bank account and it wont let me. i never test or do some kind of experiment with the withdrawal service and it was my first withdraw. Does anyone knows what the cause of it?, i did a research and some says that my paypal name needs to be the same as my bank acc name, and some other info said tht if i put on a testing to withdraw the money it will trigger the paypal security which i never did. Do i have to wait 24 hours after i received my money from hold status to be able to withdraw .help me please.
