I sold an item to someone and they changed their mind but I had already started the process of transferring the funds to my bank. Is there a way to stop that process and have the money remain on PayPal so I can refund him quicker?

Hi @TJabroni,
Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
I am afraid it is not possible to cancel a withdrawal once it has already started processing. What you would need best to do it wait for the withdrawal to go through and then add the money back to your PayPal account to issue the refund. This will take a few days but it is the fastest way to get a refund to your buyer.
