I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with GCash, If we are asking you to provide your information to be able to use GCash to transfer funds, you would see the steps listed within your Resolution Center. If you are not seeing the steps to complete that and you would like to inquire about it, please reach out to our customer service. Gcash CS are the worst in history, All unupdated and no answer hehe But I think Paypal limitation can be resolved by Paypal only. It takes time but they will help if you keep calling.

Calling them? Do they have freetoll or whatever? So you mean upto now you're still not able to cash in into your Gcash?

Well, I didn't yet, they have US number, you can use Skype to call or any app.. It will be free.. I have my business account in UAE which doesn't work with cash so I made one more in Philippines personal and I got limited. But they are working on it. Here is CS number for Philipines, +https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/contact/call Say you don't have one when they ask for phone number. Say you didn't make a purchase when ivr ask Say account limitation when ivr ask about what you are calling for. Then you will be speaking with the right department. Above information took me 18 hours on call haha. Hope you can get it fixed.
