Resolving Payment "ON HOLD"

Hi guys, 

I'm not quite sure how to make my fund available. I've provided tracking info and been waiting for more than 2 weeks. I'd appreciate any help guys. Thanks in advance.

I know you're concerned about the fund's availability. Typically, whenever you receive the payment via goods/services you’ll have access to your pending payment after a maximum of 21 days, to ensure a safer and secure environment. Once you have updated the tracking information, our system will verify the delivery and release the payment after 1 day automatically. As it's been a long time that you have updated the required details,  I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
