While trying to resolve negative balance, I'm getting below mentioned error.
"This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different payment method or link a different credit card."
While add funds page, below note is displayed.
To add funds using your debit or credit card, complete the information and click Continue.
When I add details and continue, it gives me below message:
"This transaction failed because we were unable to verify this credit card through our card validation process. In order to proceed with your transaction, please select a different payment method or link a different credit card."
Please Note: I do not have a credit card and using debit card, my bank account is confirmed already by Paypal.
Also, there are proper permission setup on my Debit card for domestic/international/withdrawl/online transactions.
Please help.
