I've sent some money to my son and he got the money, but when he wanted to withdraw it he couldn't, because my account said the transaction must be repeated. So the money is lost and I even can't get a refund. Help please!
Repeat transaction is next to all friends / family payments and is only there in case you want to send another payment in the future to a friend or family member, it is NOT an instruction to do so.
If your son can't receive the payment then it would be for another reason so if you can give more info on country / currency etc and what the problem is then that would help.
