Removing old card and linked account

Hi guys, I will like to cancel my debit card linked to thePay pal account.Until now it was the only card used for pay pay transaction.I ‘ve got the new santander debit card and ad successfully add it to the pay pal account ,but when i was trying to link the new card ( in order to withdraw money from pay pal to the new card) i was unable to do it and the withdraw is still issued on the old one.

If you are experiencing difficulties when trying to remove your bank account from your PayPal account, we would advise that you contact our customer service team directly so that we can look into this further for you. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
