I have tried numerous times to remove a bank account. Each time I try, this message appears: We're sorry, you can’t remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later. I have NO pending transactions at all!!
Check if you had a subscription set up... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thanks for the tip! I don’t have any subscriptions, and all in store, online and automatic payments are set up for a different account. I still cannot remove this account though. Any other ideas?
