Last night I removed my debit from my old paypal account and tried adding it to my new one however I was always given an error message stating 'This card is being used with a different paypal account, remove it on the account it's currently under to add it to this one'. The problem being; I've already removed the card, it's been 8 hours and I still can't add my debit to my new Paypal account. Is this a common issue and what's the quickest way I can solve this?
