I’ve recently removed a card of my PayPal account. I made another account and tried to add that card to the new one I have. It’s telling me that it can’t be added because I already have that card linked to another account even though I’ve removed it and everytime I go see mu cards linked to my old account it tells me I have no cards. How can this be resolved?
