I have tried to remove a card as I don't want payments to go from this card. However it says there are pending transactions (there are as it keeps using the card!)
I have set another card up as the primary payment option yet it is still taking from the other account.
Have you got any subscriptions linked to that card that causes it to be pending all the while?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
