Thank you for your post! If you have received the item and it is exactly as it was described in the listing, you can acknowledge receipt of the item by looking for the transaction in your transaction list, then clicking to open up the details. If the option is not listed there, the seller may not have marked it as delivered on their side of the transaction, which they would need to do first.
Please only confirm receipt of the item if you've actually received it.
