Release funds back to Transferwise account

Hi, I recently tried to make a payment via PayPal using my Transferwise Debit Card, the payment did not went through however the amount was charged, how do I get PayPal to release the funds back to my Debit Card?

Status - Pending

Spend - 199.99USD
