Why PayPal charged from my card 3.50 euro after registration ???? I thought that registration is for free !

Have you added a card and a bank account to your paypal account?

If so then paypal will send 2 amounts to your bank account and you copy those 2 amounts next to the bank account in your paypal wallet to CONFIRM the bank account.

And with the card there is normally 1 amount with a 4 digit code next to it, enter the code next to the card in your paypal wallet to CONFIRM the card.

Then all the monies will be refunded to you.
