Regarding to not link my bank account

Hello , I want to link bank account with pay pal but when I try to link bank account but they shows we are not able to process please try later now I try after 48hr but no response please help me to solve problem

Quite a few from your country posting about this, maybe a paypal glitch, give it a few days and try again OR try another browser or device?
