Regarding the addition of my American bank account

A while ago I was try ing to add my American bank account, but to no avail, because there is an error message and try again, I contacted the technical support, and sent them a message, I got them a message stating, the steps to activate my bank account, which I carried out as is and repeat and show I have an error message when adding my American bank account, so I hope here that my problem will be solved and the US bank account added.

Contact customer service to add your US bank account:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
