Refunding system

I was sold an account (on a game) to someone and he sent me the money through business and i had to be small fee around 9 pound and the account i sold to him got hacked and i sold the account to him around 6-7 months ago so like 180+ days and he saying he is going to refund the money but i no longer have it because its been a long time is and i know you cant get refunds after 180+ days so is there anyway he can refund his money.

If buyer paid by credit card, they could potentially get money back through a chargeback should card issuer decides to honor it after all this time.

but the account has been hacked and it has been over 180 days so that means he can still refund ?
