Refunding a buyer

I’ve been trying to refund a buyer for 4 days now. PayPal told me to add my bank and I did even linked a card and it still won’t let me refund a buyer. It keeps saying “add funds to your PayPal account” when I already did.

Did you add your bank account and not just a card?

Did you confirm it with the 4 digit code?

Did you set up the direct debit mandate (if applicable in your country)?
