I bought a coat on asos on black friday and put 100 into my PayPal account to buy it.
I bought the coat however the order failed on the asos website but the money was still taken from my account.
They told me they sent my refund on december 3rd and i am still waiting.
However they also tried to tell me that they payment was declined by PayPal but it obviously wasn't because they money was taken from my account.
Do you think they are going to refund me and its just taking a long time because PayPal is slow?
Or should I call up PayPal customer service?
