I made a purchase thru eBay on my credit card... I returned item and refund went to an old PayPal account that wasn’t verified. I verified email but can’t find refund although I have a email saying it want to pay pay at old email? Should of never been refunded to old account? Do they try to resend now that email is verified? Thanks for help
