Hi. My e-bay order was cancelled and I still didn't get refund. A seller is sure that money was sended bud I didn't get it. I was changed a debit card maby that is the reason. How can I get my money back?
Typically, the refund will go back to the original card. If you received a new card with a different number, your bank should have a special process to route the refund over to your new card if you still have a card with the same bank. Contact your bank card issuer to ask about their policy for such situations.
And refunds to cards can take a week, up to 30 days for the card issuer to process.
