Hi everyone. I recently sent out a payment to an incorrect PayPal but was luckily able to cancel the transaction. PayPal unfortunately took the funds from my account and when I cancelled it, it says the money was refunded. Unfortunately the funds never cleared my account (transaction was sent and cancelled on 09/10/20) and I still have yet to see anything be deposited back into my bank account. How do I raise a dispute or contact customer service? The online chat service doesn't seem to work...
