Ok so I send some money to someone for a t shirt and the next day I asked for refund because I think is fake and he said he will refund me but the money are still pending and they are held, It took like 3 days and the money look in my bank account to be send but he said they are steel 'held' and in pending , they ll be send in a few hours because maybe is a delay or something like that.. please answer
1. The seller has issued a refund from their bank account which takes time to process.
2. You funded the payment to the seller using bank transfer. What PayPal do here is credit the recipient on your behalf (so there is no delay in despatching your item). Then if you receive a refund in the meantime they are unable to issue this until the original bank transfer completes.
The seller says he doesn t recived the money and they are still being 'held' but in my bank account says they are sent ,and I want to know it takes time to be delivered the money after they are full sent and then I can recive a refund?
