I canceled an transaction to my friends account where I transferred her money , then it appeared on my account that it’s refunded but in my wallet it’s not refunded , I just noticed that her account isn’t verified , she just verified it ,,,, how will I get my refund now ? It only shows that the payment is refunded but no amount appeared in my wallet
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.
