Refund, withdrawals

I never received my withdrawal, despite providing bank statements to PayPal. They have refused to do anything. Surely this isn’t right?

If a withdrawal to a bank account failed for whatever reason then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, if not then allow 14 working days and then contact customer services for a trace.
