So I was refunded by my friend yesterday for $40 because of an item not received.
But today, I haven't received the money yet. It shows on my Recent Activity that a $46.65 USD was refunded but my PayPal Balance nor my VISA Debit Card doesn't have the money.
I'm confused and worried here. Can someone help me understand what's going on?
