Refund to buyer

Hello my paypal account is in negative because buyer dispute against me but which option i choose to pay refund to buyer or pay negative balance because I'm confused i have a to pay twice please help me

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

When a payment is disputed on PayPal, the funds associated with the transaction will be placed on hold. If you have already withdrawn the payment or used the funds to make a purchase, this will cause a negative balance on the account. You can still issue a refund to the buyer through the claim case. As the account is negative, we will request the funds from your bank/card.
