Refund question

So I bought some items in an App Store game with my PayPal account, I payed for one $39.99 transaction and in my bank account when I checked it said it had done 2 extra payments which was $79.98 now I requested a refund and I‘let got canceled but after two days I still don’t have my money in my account can someone help me on who to contact or what to do?
