I would like to that, made a transaction in USD to one of my friend in UK. Now he trying to withdraw that money but paypal isn't allowing it. Then i requested from Paypal saying refund my back under an unauthorised transaction. Then paypal sent a mail saying can't get that money back and case closed. Funny thing is Paypal hold money in my friends account as well. So can someone help me regarding this.
